What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM (Noon). Please contact us if you need to arrange an early arrival or late departure.

Are you pet-friendly?

Yes! We love well-behaved pets. Please see our pet rules below for details. A maximum of two pets per site is allowed.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes, we offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the park. It is suitable for browsing, email, and streaming.

Can I receive mail and packages?

For long-term guests, yes. Please use the following format: [Guest Name], [Site #], 3071 FM 933, Whitney, TX 76692.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours' notice for daily/weekly stays and 14 days' notice for monthly stays for a full refund of your deposit.
